- The main tasks will include conducting detailed business process and requirements analysis to understand and improve the association’s financial systems, identifying and resolving system/application issues through analytical problem-solving, documenting business processes to ensure clarity and efficiency, and coordinating user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and improvements.
- Through this business analysis integration, the position aims to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the association’s financial operations.
- Experience with Financial/ERP systems and system integration especially general accounting, sales (order to cash processing), expense management (procure to pay), budget/planning, and HR/Payroll are essential.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, troubleshoot/solution common system issues, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer processes to improve automation position, and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
- These processes include quote to cash, procure to pay, sales order processing and fulfillment, EDI Processing, eCommerce, inventory management, and invoicing.
