Summary Responsible for the delivery of personalized customer service, by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions. Identify referral opportunities for Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, and Wealth Management, fully embracing and utilizing 360 View for documenting referrals, and other client activity.</li><li>Build client relationships through outbound and proactive measures including First 15.</li><li>Demonstrate timely completion of work while being able to adjust to work demands to meet expected timetables. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $19.53 to $24.78 per hour in CO and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short- term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
