- The Controller is responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly cash reporting, and maintenance of the balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, proper GL coding, and timely processing
- Reconcile reimbursements and bill back for co-op charges incurred.
- Conduct the review and verification of electronic treasury functions such as wires and foreign exchange transactions.
- Handle communications with the IRS and state taxing authorities including property tax, sales tax, withholding tax, state unemployment tax, etc.
