- The Manager Finance Operations is a pivotal member of the Finance unit and will report to the Assistant Vice President, Finance, Accident and Health.
- The Manager Finance Operations will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel including other financial analysts, divisional leadership, actuarial and functional staff to interpret financial data and operational performance.
- Oversee expense and reporting (actuals vs Plan and Prior), ensure service level in compliance with contractual requirements, adhoc operational issues; this responsibility works with functional areas such as UW, Claims, TPA funding, Treasury Ops., etc.
- Input expense plan into TM1 and update as needed.
- Liaise with IT, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics and Operations to resolve issues and improve data quality.
