- The Timberland Regional Library offers a Bilingual pay incentive for demonstrated fluency in the following languages: Spanish/Spanish Creole, American Sign Language, and in Thurston County onlyKorean and Vietnamese.
- Performs the monthly cash reconciliation and assists Finance Administrator in oversight of staff and activities performed in the Finance Department, to include payroll, benefits administration, invoicing, cash management, ledger development, fund auditing and budgeting.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to support and maintain administrative processes such as the State Auditor's Annual Report Filing, Department of Revenue's Unclaimed Property Filing, monthly use tax process, surplus and inventory procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Public Administration and experience working in an accounting, contract compliance administration or purchasing role to facilitate the purchase of goods and/or services.
- For positions requiring an MLIS you may attach the degree and State of Washington Librarian Certificate.
