- The Field Service Manager will be responsible for leading the field service team’s activities including all planning, scheduling, and training, as well as spearheading customer relationship management efforts.
- Coach, train, and lead the technical service group to provide support to our customers on-site and over the phone for our industrial processing machinery.
- Technical experience with industrial machinery, electronics, PLCs, and networking
- Automation, optical industry, and quality management experience is a plus.
