- Working under the direction of the Director of Service, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, training, and service of lens processing and vision diagnostic systems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- The Field Service Engineer works closely with staff from sales, engineering, operations, and customer service to install winning products that meet or exceed targeted revenues, gross margins and customer expectations by conducting flawless installs, effective product training, site monitoring, and ongoing technical support and field repair service.
- The Field Service Engineer requires proficiency in understanding product features and benefits, software requirements, and interconnectivity issues so that systems are properly set up, calibrated, and understood by customers.
- The Field Service Engineer is required to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, which includes international travel, and occasional travel outside the assigned territory.
- The Field Service Engineer has exceptional communication skills and is fluent in English and Spanish language, and is a champion of providing customers with an exceptional service experience.
