- Located in Atmore, AL and reporting to the Director of Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all general coordination, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and completion of Governmental Projects for PCISS. PCISS requires core competencies that are focused on New Construction and Renovation by Design or Design-Build Construction Projects in Government Facilities including but not limited to USACE/NAVFAC/NAVSEA/AF, DoD, DHS, FBI, ATF, DOE, DOI and other agencies.
- Develop detailed scope and aid in project design, subcontractor selection, take-offs, layout, cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Ensure and monitor accurate record keeping in support of Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wage Requirements of Certified Payroll Reports as provided by the Superintendent.
- Following skills and experiences are strongly preferred: Pre-Bid Site Surveying; Estimating; Bid Development; Pre-Construction Submissions and Close Out Stage experience; and Horizontal/Vertical Construction capabilities
- Experiences in Renovation and Repair inclusive of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Road and Parking Pavement are strongly preferred
