- Family Support Partners work with families receiving Child Health Support (CHS) services, and to provide family skills support to families receiving Individual Service Option (ISO) services.
- Provides psycho-educational services on family related matters, such as: child development, parenting, life skills, home management, personal problem solving and accessing community services as appropriate.
- Provides necessary transportation and supervision to facilitate family visitation
- Maintains necessary assessments and documentation in accordance with agency and funding source requirements.
- Previous experience in child welfare, childcare, or related field preferred.
