- The Youth and Family Mental Health Clinician will serve as a primary therapist and provide specific interventions including reviewing and integrating specific assessment information to write and monitor treatment plans, reviewing and revising treatment plans as necessary, and providing clinical support to other LSP staff including training.
- Facilitates individual, family, and specialized group therapy (7 Challenges Substance Abuse groups, evidence-based CBT and DBT groups) and documents these processes.
- Responsible for timely documentation in OCFS System of Record (Connections) and in the electronic health record (EHR) MyEvolv.
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring that the clinical records meet the requirements of standards set by various governing agencies (ACS, OCFS, and the courts).
- Supervisory Relationships: The Youth and Family Mental Health Clinician reports to the JYF Clinical Director for clinical and career development guidance.
