- As the Facility Security Officer (FSO), you will manage site security planning, compliance, and coordination in accordance with the US Government and corporate requirements.
- The FSO position plays an integral role in ensuring the effective implementation of BCG Fed's Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) mitigation agreement as a non-possessing facility with a Top Secret (TS) facility clearance (FCL).
- In addition to serving as the principal advisor to BCG Fed's Government Security Committee (GSC), the FSO is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the FOCI mitigation agreement requirements.
- In addition to managing BCG Fed’s specific security requirements, the FSO will also be responsible for establishing and managing security processes for all US Federal Government projects.
- In this position, you will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of BCG Fed's security program, which is NISPOM-compliant, as well as implementing and maintaining security best practices across all US Federal Government projects – including those not requiring access to classified information.
