- The Facilities Technician assists with the supervision responsibility for a safe environment with quality maintenance of all campus buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles.

- Be capable of performing basic maintenance functions including:Electrical - fixture installation, bulb changes, install receptacles/switches, wiring and conduit installation & general troubleshooting.
- Plumbing - fixture installation and repairs, basic piping for water/gas lines & general troubleshooting.
- HVAC - assist with unit cleaning, duct cleaning/repairs/installation, filter changes & general troubleshooting.
