- As a Facilities Project Manager I, you will manage Waterfront expense projects within the small works criteria (up to $300K) and support Waterfront Lead Project Manager (Project Manager III) on capital projects.
- You will ensure the safety of the public, Port staff, and contractors are included in project plans and obtain necessary building permits from City of Seattle and environmental permits (Shoreline & SEPA).
- You will manage, track and report project controls including project scope, schedule, budget, authorization and approve invoices according to Port guidelines.
- Desired – We hope you have five (5) years of general construction related project management experience managing small works projects for a public organization.
- Knowledgeable – You offer intermediate knowledge of construction principles, practices, and procedures and of regulated materials (asbestos, PCB's, mold, and other hazardous materials).
