- Assess campus client needs and coordinate proper documentation of all projects with design consultants, as well as monitor and coordinate work of other WPI service departments throughout the project execution.
- DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: During construction, the selected candidate shall provide on-site representation for WPI; oversee contractor compliance with contract drawings and specifications, monitor contractor progress, handle contractor questions; screen contractor administrative work/payment requests.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical building systems, construction materials and methods, and construction documentation, shop drawings; cost estimating; Knowledge of building codes, planning, zoning, and other regulations; Familiarity with LEED ratings and sustainability.
