- THE OPPORTUNITY: In this position, you will be an integral part of the New York office reporting to the Office Services and Facilities Manager to provide critical support to a high performing team of attorneys and staff.
- Additionally, you will have responsibility for office services, including fulfilling requests for scans, prints and copies, managing the mail, and preparing FedEx packages.
- Set up conference rooms; install and remove miscellaneous equipment, (e.g., easels, podium, etc.)
- Supervise on-site vendors, furniture repairs and perform minor carpentry as needed (e.g., install door hooks, hang pictures, install nameplates, etc.)
- Complete internal mail runs and daily Post Office trips.
