- This Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery of workspace and campus services and facility maintenance activities for Visa's 18-acre campus in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
- The position represents Visa Global Corporate Real Estate and will interface with all levels of Visa local management, vendor service organizations and local City officials.
- This includes but is not limited to overseeing all building maintenance services such as: plumbing, HVAC, pest control, elevators, electrical/lighting, EV charging stations, BMS, switchgear, generator, UPS, cafe and kitchen equipment, campus landscaping and irrigation, and energy efficiency benchmarking initiatives.
- This position will report to the Director, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities responsible for the site.
- Other responsibilities include coordinating and administering vendor relations and contractual agreements for facilities interacting with building maintenance and security management to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
