- Work Location: The role is a fully remote position requiring regular travel to all assigned store locations.
- Provides management reporting on common issues, asset retirement and replacement plans, KPIs on service company performance, and cost control initiatives.
- Identifies and communicates new ideas and cost saving opportunities to construct or remodel facilities to minimize long-term maintenance and repair costs.
- Oversees and approves work orders, invoices and proposals for all hard trades such as refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, etc.
