- The Loudoun County Department of General Services is seeking a highly motivated customer service driven leader with extensive facilities maintenance oversight experience to lead the newly created Facilities Maintenance Capital Asset Preservation Program (CAPP) Division.
- The CAPP Division will be a consolidated facility project management team comprised of Facilities Project Managers and Building Systems Specialists, along with an Assistant Division Manager and an Administrative Coordinator.
- The CAPP Division Manager will administer the $10 million annual CIP Capital Asset Preservation Program to include strategic planning, evaluation of all County facility assets (through contracted services), expected useful life, and development of 10-year budget plans to ensure proper funding is in place to implement the CAPP program.
- The complexity of managing the CAPP requires direct leadership-level oversight to effectively forecast costs and develop an appropriate budget to implement the sustainable system lifecycle replacement projects.
