- Suggest Revision
- Conduct regular outreach to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
- Visit Health Centers according to the schedule established by the Sr. Facilities Manager; document conditions and discuss follow up measures with Sr. leadership for approval.
- Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is maintained including but not limited to entering and tracking information, maintaining permit dates, accurately recording requests and statuses and outcomes.
- Obtain quotes, work orders, and invoices of contracted service providers
- Provide on-site administrative support to assigned location(s) as needed
