- The facilities coordinator for the Wildlife, Fisheries and Aquaculture (WFA) Department at Mississippi State University (MSU) is responsible for conducting daily checks on building operations, placing service calls if needed, and following up with service providers to close the loop on facility maintenance and equipment matters.
- Moreover, the individual will be responsible for assisting with activities and projects at the Deer research facility, Center for Aquaculture Technology and Innovation, National Training Academy for Wildlife Services, Avian Science Center, and Associated Wildlife and Fisheries facilities, as requested.
- The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Aquaculture invites applications for a full-time Facilities Coordinator.
- Works on landscaping special projects, planting of trees, mulching, fencing, pollinator gardens, and back-up mowing if needed, etc.
- Knowledge or experience with animal husbandry, landscaping, fisheries or aquaculture.
