- The Facilities Coordinator will have primary responsibility for supporting the facilities operations and office services functions in our Washington, DC office.
- To ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services and maintenance of the office's physical space, the Facilities Coordinator will respond to general facilities and office maintenance requests, alongside some production related duties.
- This role maintains appropriate records, ensures that an adequate inventory of supplies and spare parts are maintained and provides administrative reports to the Associate Director, Facilities and Administration.
