- The Facilities Assistant Manager will conduct all maintenance, repairs and improvements for the exhibition facility and back of house areas and will assist with the offsite warehouse location as needed.
- Establish and coordinate maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Safety, Electrical, and others as defined by leadership
- The position requires in-depth knowledge in areas of HVAC, electrical safety / wiring and controls, generator maintenance, plumbing, life safety systems maintenance, wall repair, carpentry, painting, and machinery operations.
- Be able to read blue line prints of the facility and of light, sound, exhibit, structural and MEP drawings.
- Experience with digital fabrication including laser cutting and CNC machining.
