- Main task is ownership and development of the CMMS system as well as the building management system.
- Responsible to maintain all plant equipment records in CMMS, and that all maintenance work including planned and unplanned work is scheduled through CMMS. This includes follow-up to ensure all labor hours, materials, and necessary notes or procedural changes associated with the work are accurately recorded within CMMS, and work is closed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in preparing budget requests for equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Records, tracks, and stores regulatory paperwork or work orders to ensure compliancy with DEP, OSHA, EPA, and town regulations
- Deliver weekly Facilities Dashboard to team and make recommendations along with the Facilities Manager
