- All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates and Phencyclidine (PCP).
- The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Celestica FAA Drug and Alcohol Misuse / Prevention Program.
- Some of these systems are sensitive "dual-use" and "military" technologies which are governed by the U.S Department of Commerce's Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. Department of State's International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Performs manual assembly / disassembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
- In-depth knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications and SMT processing systems.
