- The Executive Steward is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and staff of the Stewarding Department, to include inventory management, receiving, dish room, public areas, internal and external cleaning and facility maintenance, sanitation, chemical, and cleanliness standards, systems management, health inspections, safety initiatives, and banquet set-up and tear-down.
- Oversees the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining and public areas, service ware, equipment, and floors, on a daily basis to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene consistent with all health and safety regulations and standards.
