- Global tech company dealing in green mobility solutions is seeking an Executive Office Assistant in this contract opportunity.
- This role will be the point of contact for visitors/vendors; oversee/set up meeting rooms; coordinate office catering, arrange for staff/visitor security access passes; assist Chairman/CEO's office with errands and other administrative tasks; and assist Office Manager planning events and special projects as needed.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree; 2+ years' experience as a receptionist or executive assistant; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills; and a professional can-do attitude!
