- New coaches will join a team of highly credentialed, dedicated professionals passionate about helping others tap into their potential to meet the challenges of life while setting goals and soaring to new heights.
- A coach’s availability to be matched with a client is dependent upon their schedule during requested peak times which are generally evenings and weekends.
- We value candidates who have experience working one-to-one with individuals, preferably as a special education teacher, speech and language pathologist, school psychologist, counselor, general education teacher, or in higher education, with experience with individuals with ADHD and other learning challenges.
- Coaches must be comfortable with technology, including Gmail and Google WorkSpace (especially Drive, Docs, and Sheets, GCalendar), an online database to track student progress, various study websites, apps, and web conference platforms, specifically Google Meet.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace clear of disruptions for client, training, and internal professional meetings/sessions, with an internet connection stable enough for video conferencing (mbps over 40).
