- Qualifications The required qualifications include a master's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and seven to ten years of job-related experience within career services, academic or student affairs, corporate relations, advancement, human resources, or other relevant higher education or corporate experience; and five years of experience leading teams, which includes supervision of professional staff.
