- The Executive Chef will lead the Utah Jazz culinary staff to execution of all meals and food service at the practice facility, ownership kitchen and game day operations.
- The Executive Chef will collaborate with the Director of Performance Nutrition to fulfill athlete needs.
- Menu creator, including but not limited to: a la carte, buffet, action stations, meal prep, VIP special events
- Oversee locker room game day action station; implement prep for the station
- Daily leadership of culinary staff including but not limited to meal execution and operational needs; manage sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers, temp workers
