- As the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, your key responsibilities will include the seamless, efficient running of the office of the CEO. The position requires high standards, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to all aspects of management.
- Within the office of the President and CEO you will manage the flow of information and communication between the CEO, senior management, and employees.
- The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The successful hire will act as a liaison to the Board of Trustees and Senior Management teams; organize and coordinate executive and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.
- Executes a broad variety of tasks for the CEO including managing active calendar of appointments; expense reports; composing / preparing correspondence & presentations; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
