With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an HR Generalist or have an HR background, at least 2years. Experience with Microsoft Office, including excel, PowerPoint, word and outlook. Hotel hospitality experience preferred. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:30PM) Weekends as needed. As an Executive Assistant, Human Resources, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: <ul><li>Handling expense reports, reconciling, and creating flyers, documents as needed </li><li>Scheduling meetings, travel, conducting new hire orientation </li><li>Being a lead for the Employee Relations Committee</li><li>Managing calendars for HR leader</li><li>Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner</li><li>Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation</li><li>Answer telephones</li><li>Expedite correspondence</li><li>Make travel arrangements</li><li>Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed </li></ul>What are we looking for?
