- This position provides administrative support in Office of EEO/AA and primarily supports the Chief, EEO/AA.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Chief, EEO/AA including research, and composition of correspondence and reports.
- Manage correspondence received, screen material to determine the need for the Chief, EEO/AA’s attention and coordinate actions and activities for responses.
- Compose letters and memos, and route or answer correspondence on behalf of Chief, EEO/AA. Maintain electronic correspondence filing system.
- Arrange and manage staff’s business travel and reconcile travel expense reports.
