- This may include attending meetings, developing and implementing policies and procedures, performing market research, supporting major initiatives and projects, creating reports, managing calendars and travel, and acting as a gatekeeper for the Executive and/or Senior Director.
- Manages Executive and/or Senior Director’s schedule which includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, operating audio-visual systems during meetings, recording minutes and ensuring meetings move along according to the agenda and timeline.
- Anticipate needs of the Executive and/or Senior Director ensuring Executive and/or Senior Director is fully prepared for all meetings and events.
- Plan and coordinate all travel plans and create expense reports.
- Serves as a ‘gatekeeper’.
