- The Conference Services Event Specialist assists in planning, organizing, and implementing events and functions varying in scale, including departmental meetings, conferences, program events, and banquets.
- This role will coordinate activities that take place in Campus Life Services (CLS) conference center venues across multiple campus locations, including Mission Bay Conference Center, Millberry Union Conference Center, the Aldea Center, and the Conference Center at the Valley Center for Vision.
- Venue clients may include UCSF faculty, staff, and students, as well as international dignitaries, government officials, and non-profit and corporate clients.
- This position will also work closely with UCSF departments that will utilize our conference center venues and must be adept at developing relationships with key partners.
- This position reports to the Conference Services Venue Manager
