- The Event Management Office , as part of the HUB-Robeson Center Department in Student Affairs, manages reservations for meetings and events at the HUB-Robeson Center, and throughout University Park for University departments, Recognized Student Organizations, and non-University clientele.
- The Office is seeking applicants for the position of Event Planning Assistant.
- This position will also assist with other responsibilities that fall under the Event Management Office including, but not limited to, student organization program advising and the Information Desk operation.
- Greeting customers and answering questions from walk-ins, by telephone and email, along with determining appropriate action needed to ensure success, is an important role.
