- The coordinator has frequent interactions with faculty and staff within the medical school (e.g., Curriculum and Registrar Office) as well staff and faculty within the larger PSOM community (e.g., Academic Affairs Office).
- The following activities involve using data collection and organizing/analysis software (i.e., OASIS, Business Objects, and Microsoft Excel).
- Additional duties involve coordinating school-wide data collection for annual surveys distributed by medical education program accrediting bodies and directories (e.g., LCME, US News, and Peterson's) and data entry regarding student exam grades (e.g., OSCE and CSI scores) and benchmarking surveys (AAMC graduate student survey).
- The following activities involve using data collection software (i.e., Qualtrics) as well as data organizing/analysis software and interacting with the Academic Affairs Office.
- Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel and Qualtrics is required.
