- The EHS Manager leads the University's Indianapolis EHS office and serves as liaison with Purdue's West Lafayette subject matter experts, Indiana University's EHS management and staff, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
- The EHS Manager directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of campus EHS programs and safety management systems, including laboratory safety, hazardous materials management, and occupational safety.
- In response to the strong need expressed by central Indiana business and community leaders for more highly skilled talents in science, technology, engineering, and health care disciplines, we will ambitiously grow enrollment to establish a new pipeline of Boilermaker talent to our capital city.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Engineering, Hazardous Materials Management, Biology, Chemistry, or closely related field preferred
- Certification in a nationally recognized EHS organization (CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.)
