Compensation Job Description <ul><li>$45.00 - $50.00</li><li>$1,000 a week Per diem </li></ul>Employment Type Job Description Of EHS Manager An immediate need for an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional specializing in data center construction in the Richmond, VA area. The candidate will be credentialed (e.g. – BS, MS, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, STSC, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical safety. The EHS professional will work for the Construction Manager overseeing the construction of a data center. Duties will include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Oversee the Environmental, Health and Safety compliance for the project</li><li>Conduct documented daily EHS inspections</li><li>Deliver site specific project EHS orientations</li><li>Assist with coordinating crane activities</li><li>Participate in the Daily Hazard Analysis process</li><li>Investigate incidents to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventative actions</li><li>Work closely with the project leadership teams to assist with facilitating and injury free workplace</li><li>Collect and analyze leading and lagging indicators to determine trends and put actions into place to address concerns</li><li>Review EHS plans and assist with plan development when needed</li><li>Ensure contractors are adhering to their EHS plans</li><li>Make certain craft workers are appropriately trained for their required tasks</li><li>Partner with trade contractor EHS professionals and manage the project safety leadership team</li><li>Act as liaison with the client’s risk management team</li><li>Deliver various EHS training modules</li><li>Assist in managing a positive reinforcement program </li></ul>Minimum Requirements <ul><li>5+ years of experience in EHS specializing in construction</li><li>Computer knowledge and efficiency, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office products </li></ul>Education/Certification <ul><li>BS/MS in a related field</li><li>OSHA 500/510</li><li>ASP/GSP/CSP/CHST/STSC </li></ul>Company Description SAVI EHS (SAVI) is a nationwide EHS consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance assessments, program development, training, short and long term staffing, industrial hygiene monitoring, expert witness testimony, incident investigation/management and ISO 14001/45001 compliance.
