- The Environmental Engineer will primarily be working in large industrial facilities such as refineries, chemical plants, and oil & gas facilities.
- The primary responsibility is to focus on day-to-day process development, implementation, and improvement of environmental related tasks specific to refinery operations.
- Focus areas for this role will be greenhouse gas emissions tracking, benzene waste operations (BWON), leak detection and repair, and general clean air act compliance.
- Develop, implement, and improve processes to maintain regulatory compliance for environmental permits and regulations as it relates to refinery operations.
- Application of technical competencies and leadership skills to drive refinery compliance assurance and problem resolution.
