- As a Geotechnical Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. (CEC), you'll be responsible to participate in geotechnical subsurface investigations related to site civil and landfill design (building foundations, cut and fill slopes, retaining walls, landslides, and pavements), as well as construction materials testing services, for commercial and landfill projects.
- You will coordinate or monitor subsurface drilling, obtain soil and rock samples, prepare boring logs, develop laboratory testing programs, interpret laboratory data, perform geotechnical analyses and prepare detailed geotechnical reports.
- This role will also include performing and managing construction materials testing including earthwork, concrete, foundation, floor slabs, masonry and pavements.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering;
- Ability to write accurate and concise geotechnical and field reports;
