- IT Support Structure: Develop, deploy, and maintain IT support structures, including ServiceNow Configuration Management, Support Management, Knowledge Management, and Book of Work. Collaboration: Partner with company’s CTO Digital Platform, Manufacturing Operations, MS&T, Quality, Enterprise IT teams, and local Digital Capability Managers to meet facility requirements.
- Service Management Representation: Represent IT in Tier 2 meetings and manage IT Service Management Systems.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in a Cell Therapy or Biotech manufacturing and supply chain environment.
- Regulatory Experience: Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and their application to business systems and practices, primarily GxP. Batch Records: Sound understanding of Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
- Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or QAD), MES systems (e.g., Emerson Syncade), DCS systems (e.g., Emerson DeltaV), OSI PI, EBRs (e.g., InfoBatch), and IT system integrations.
