- Role DescriptionReporting to the Chief Operations Officer and in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Program Managers, the Program Manager: Outreach & Engagement, will be responsible for managing the entire REACH Engagement staff, programs, and service delivery, including all internal and external community events, personal development groups, community outreach efforts, pride festivities (booth and parade), Community Advisory Committee and program data collection and evaluation.
- They will be responsible for all assigned grant supervision, monitoring, and evaluation and maintain strong and efficient communication with all funders.
