- The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is purely a hunter role, and the compensation plan is designed to reward hunter mentality and activities.
- Our ideal clients are businesses in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Ohio with 25 users to 300 users, high growth in nature, not lifestyle businesses, where the leaderships sees the value in investing in technology to drive their business goals or reduce risk and may already be outsourcing to an MSP.
- The ISR is responsible for identifying as many of these premium prospects as possible, prospecting them, building relationship with the decision makers and scheduling appointments for the Outside Sales Account Executives.
- You can develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix but cold calling is essential.
- You will be planning and organizing your day to be most productive including outbound calling and appointment setting.
