- Under the supervision of Employment Program Manager I, the Employment Program Representative (EPR) assists customers through the delivery method of self-service, facilitated self-help, and staff-assisted services.
- Prepares and makes formal presentations regarding EDD-Workforce Services, benefits and features of CalJOBS, and engages audiences to utilize the America's Job Centers of California as a one-stop for employment and training services.
