- Job Overview: The Employment Placement Specialist will be responsible for networking to increasing employment opportunities and work to secure employment placements for refugees and other qualified immigrants through trauma-informed services.
- The Employment Placement Specialist will work with other IRC colleagues and external parties to meet client needs and support them in achieving self-sufficiency in the United States through employment.
- Assess client’s eligibility for program(s) and services and complete intakes for clients that are eligible for Matching Grant (MG), Refugee Employment and Training (RET), and ICM (Intensive Case Management).
