- Job Functions:Talent Management - Provide administrative and functional support to the shipboard Human Resources team for Carnival's Department transfer policy.
- Responsible for being the first point of contact for shipboard and shoreside users throughout the internal movement process.
- Responsible for the shipboard I AM Team Member & Leader program and yearly ceremony.
- Ensure the shipboard yearly honorees and overall fleet honorees are selected, honored and awarded using fair processes and metrics.
- Qualifications:Education: Associate degree required; bachelors degree preferredWork Experience: 1-3 years in an HR role as a Coordinator or Administrator requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Highly organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strive to build strong business relationships, possess professional verbal and written English skills.
