- This 175+ bed short term acute care hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is a part of a larger nonprofit healthcare organization, which will offer room for career advancement to the experienced Emergency Department RN. Medical services offered at this hospital include: 24-hour emergency care and urgent care, ambulatory and inpatient surgical services, radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging and radiology, and primary care.
- The Emergency Department RN will be responsible for providing high quality to care for patients in this emergency department, caring for patients from low to high acuity.
- Collaborating with board-certified emergency room physicians, the RN Emergency Department will assess, diagnose, develop and implement a patient care plan, and evaluate all emergency room patients, to include pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- The Emergency Department RN will report directly to the ED Clinical Coordinator and ED Nurse Manager, working closely in coordination with hospital leadership to improve patient care outcomes and ultimately devise the best plan of care for each individual patient.
- The Washington Metropolitan area is becoming more well-known as one of the best places to reside on the East Coast.
