- This individual replies to e-mails on assigned days, processes incoming and outgoing mail, process responses to FISERV for disputes, completes work queues from CARE/Nautilus, and assists in completing thresh disputes.
- Completes daily work queues within CARE/Nautilus
- Ensure all dispute responses from FISERV are attached properly to each dispute case
- Respond to E-mails on assigned days from Contact Center and Branches with exemplary customer service in the established timeframe
- 2 - 6 years ACH processing, accounting, operations or other directly related bank experience preferred
