- Regional School Unit 40 uses the applicant tracking system from Frontline Education to manage employment applications online.
- This position is in a self-contained classroom known as the "LEAD" program.
- Successful candidates must be eligible for or have a State of Maine Educational Technician certification, and an approved CHRC (Criminal History Records Check) through the Maine Department of Education.
- The candidate should currently hold or be willing to receive training from District personnel for Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) certification.
- Candidate should have an understanding of how to work with students who have behavioral, cognitive and developmental disabilities in the public school setting.
