- MAJOR TASKS: Greets public and answers questions regarding all of the programs run by ECS and presents a friendly, helpful attitude to people seeking information.
- Completes ePars for Education & Community Services employees per District Office requirements,From ECS coordinators and consults with director/business manager in the development of ECS budget receives input.
- Prepares and maintains all PO requests for ECS.Assists with the other business office tasks when required.
- Is familiar with all Arizona Department of Health Services regulations with respect to preschool and school age childcare facilities and processes.
